CHEESY CORN (CROCK-POT) 
Makes a great side dish.

3 (1 lb. ea.) bags frozen sweet white corn
6 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into equal sized chunks
6 American cheese slices, cut into pieces
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. milk

Place all ingredients in a Crock-Pot. Start on HIGH for about 30 minutes to get it going and then turn it down to LOW for 3 hours.
