1 1/2 c. egg substitute
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. orange juice (unsweetened)
8 slices cinnamon raisin bread

Spray pan with nonstick spray. Spread bread (cut into small pieces) in pan. Combine all other ingredients and pour over bread.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
