RICE PUDDING WITH ORANGE 
4 oranges
1 (3-4 oz.) pkg. rice pudding
1/4 c. chopped dates
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. orange extract
8 orange sections

Divide oranges into half crosswise. Scoop out orange pulp and set empty rinds aside.

Cook rice pudding as directed. Add chopped dates, honey, and orange extract. When cool, scoop 1/2 cup of rice pudding mixture into each orange rind. Decorate top with orange section. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
