SWEET BREAD 
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. flour
4 eggs, room temperature

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl. Add warm milk, eggs, and sugar to yeast. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead well. Let rise for 45 minutes. Let rise and knead again; let rise in a warm place and divide the dough in half. Makes 2 loaves; let rise. Bake at 275 degrees for an hour, then rub butter on top.
