MUSHROOM BURGERS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. water

Combine 1/4 cup of the soup with all ingredients except the water. Shape into patties and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine remaining soup and water and pour over patties. Bake for another 10 minutes. Can be served with or without hamburger buns.
