BRUNCH OMELET | |
1 lb. ground pork sausage 2 1/4 c. milk 10 eggs 2 1/2 tsp. dried mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded 3 1/2 c. croutons Brown sausage. Drain and set aside. Combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Beat one minute. Stir in croutons, sausage and cheese. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. |
