SUPPER OMELET 
3 sausage links
3 med. potatoes, diced
4 eggs
Grated mild cheese
1 med. onion, diced

Cut sausage in bite size pieces and cook until done. Take sausage out, add 2 tablespoons of oil to skillet and cook potatoes and onions until done. Remove, drain and add to sausage. Then scramble eggs and add all other ingredients, top with grated cheese.
