OMELET SANDWICH 
8 slices bread (remove crust)
4 slices American cheese
4 slices boiled ham
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/4 c. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried mustard

Grease pan, butter bread and make sandwich with cheese and ham. Soak sandwich overnight in mixture of eggs, milk, salt and dried mustard. Just before baking, sprinkle potato chips over top. Pour melted butter over crumbs.
