FARMERS OMELET 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
12 oz. sausage
3 c. frozen hash browns
6 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown and crumble sausage in oil. Add potatoes and cook, stirring often, about 5 minutes until hot and browned. Beat eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper together. Reduce heat and pour egg mixture over sausage and potatoes. Cover and cook just until eggs are set, about 4-5 minutes. Serves 4.
