BAKED OMELET 
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
10 lg. eggs or 12 med.
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Line buttered bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with slices of bread. Layer Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and sausage on top. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over cheese and sausage in dish. Chill overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Can be reheated.
