BAKED OMELET | |
12 slices bread 6 slices American cheese 6 slices boiled or regular sliced ham 6 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. cornflake crumbs 1/2 c. butter, melted Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with Pam; put 6 slices bread in pan; top each bread slice with slice of cheese, ham and then put 6 remaining pieces of bread on top. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt together. Pour directly over bread. Refrigerate overnight. 1/2 hour before baking, sprinkle on cornflake crumbs and then pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (uncovered). |
