BAKED OMELET 
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 green onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt

Melt 1/2 stick butter in 9x13 pan.

Mix eggs, sour cream, 1 cup milk, 2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 green onion, 1/4 cup green pepper. Use/mix in blender, except onion and pepper. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees.

Mix the night before and just pop in the oven the next morning. Great for family gatherings.
