BEEF STEAK PIE 
3 lb. lean round steak, cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. flour
1 can beef consomme
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. chopped celery (use leaves)
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Brown beef in butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Sprinkle with flour. Stir in the next 9 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove bay leaf.

Put in a 2-quart casserole and cover with pie shell. Seal edges with fork, brush with melted butter, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serves 6.
