MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lg. bottle Italian dressing

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Stem mushrooms. Add tomatoes. Mix together and add dressing. Cover and refrigerate. Let marinate for seven hours or overnight. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
