KID'S FAVORITE STUFFED CABBAGE 
2 cans tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 lg. head cabbage, cut in 1/2 inch shreds
1 c. Minute Rice, cooked

Blanch cabbage in boiling water for 3 minutes and drain well. Layer cabbage in bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Brown beef and onion together and drain. Combine beef mixture with rice and spread on top of cabbage. Combine 1 can of water with the 2 cans of tomato soup and pour over beef and cabbage. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
