FAMILY FAVORITE NACHOS 
1.5 lbs. ground beef (I like 80/20)
1/2 cup diced onion
2 tsp. beef bouillon (or 2 cubes)
1 can refried beans
2 cans tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 TBS. chili powder
pepper to taste

In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion. Drain off fat. Add tomato soup and seasonings. Simmer on low for 20 minutes.

Add refried beans and stir to mix well. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent any sticking. Serve on tortilla chips and top with your favorite toppings.

*We use the Tostido Scoops chips most times, as it is a little tidier, but any will do. This was a family favorite when I was a kid and a family favorite now. The mixture is mild, so picky kids don't fuss and the grown-ups can be more adventuresome with their toppings.
