MONKEY BREAD 
1 2/3 c. milk
1 egg
2 pkgs. yeast
4 tbsp. honey (or to taste)
4 c. all purpose flour
2 sticks butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp. salt

Warm milk to boil and let cool to room temperature. Add yeast, egg, honey and 1 stick of butter to milk and mix well in large bowl. Gradually add flour to milk mixture one cup at a time. Knead as you mix. Let dough rise about 1 hour. Melt another stick of butter. Roll dough into small balls, dip in butter and place in baking pan in a circular pattern. Let dough rise for another hour. Bake at 400 degrees until medium brown. Top with butter and serve.
