BUTTER CRUMB CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar

Cream 1/2 cup butter, cream cheese and sugar; set aside. Blend eggs, vanilla and milk; set aside. Blend 2 cups flour, baking soda and baking powder; add alternately with egg-milk to butter-cheese mixture. Pour into prepared 13x9 inch pan. Combine 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup flour and brown sugar to make crumbs; sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
