CHEESE CAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Large spring pan (9 or 10 inches, 3 inches deep). Line bottom with graham cracker mixture (6 double crackers crushed and mixed with 1/2 stick of softened butter). Cream cheese in deep bowl with sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add milk, sour cream, flour, vanilla, (mixing after each). Pour into pan lined with graham cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes; allow to cool with door open. You can cover the top with pie filling (cherry, strawberry or blueberry).
