BUDDIG BEEF LOG 
2 pkgs. Buddig corn beef, chopped or snipped
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. mustard
2/3 to 1 c. green olives, chopped (buy salad olives)

Saute 1 package beef in butter. Mix sauteed beef and other ingredients together. (Not second package of beef.) Make into a roll or log, put in wax paper and aluminum foil, and refrigerate overnight. Next day roll in the second package of beef to coat.
