APRICOT - PECAN BREAD | |
1/2 c. butter 2/3 c. honey 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. orange juice 1 c. canned apricots (drained & pureed) 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans Combine butter, honey, eggs and orange juice. Mix in flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add to apricot. Fold in pecans. Pour into greased 4 x 8 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
