CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lg. head cabbage
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 c. rice
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
Garlic, chopped, to taste
Dash of salt
Pepper
1 pkg. sauerkraut
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 lb. butter
1 lg. can tomato juice

Steam large head of cabbage. Do not over steam. Take a cabbage leaf and place a handful of meat and rice mixture in cup part of leaf. Wrap meat well with cabbage leaf. Continue until all meat has been used. Place rolls in pan. Cover with sauerkraut and the paprika dissolved in butter. Then cover sauerkraut with tomato juice. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
