MILLET PATTIES | |
1 1/2 c. cooked millet 1 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. cashews 1 c. water 1 med. onion (chopped fine) 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. soy sauce Blend cashews and water. Pour over other ingredients. Mix well and form patties. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees or can be baked in casserole for 45 to 60 minutes. Good in sandwiches. |
