TUNA PATTIES 
1 can (6 1/2 - 7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats
1/3 c. shredded carrots
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients except oil and mix well. Shape to form patties (4-5). Brown in oil in skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Turn, continue cooking 3-4 minutes on the other side. Can add a triangle slice of cheese during last 2 minutes of cooking. Serve on hamburger buns or as desired.
