TUNA PATTIES 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1 whole egg or 2 egg whites
2 tbsp. onion, finely minced
3/4 c. crushed potato chips

Mix together all ingredients and form into 3 or 4 equal size patties and brown slowly in 2 tablespoons butter for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Serves 2 to 3.
