MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
12 flour tortillas
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
Chili powder
Garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can ranch style beans
1 can cream chicken or mushroom soup

Butter 10 x 14 casserole and line with tortillas. Mix ground meat, chili powder, garlic and spices and brown meat. Add onions and saute. Mix layer meat, beans with juice and cover with cheese. Layer 6 tortillas. Mix tomatoes and soup and pour over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
