CARROT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 can cream cheese frosting

Combine all ingredients except frosting and mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake t 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool and then spread with frosting.
