MOM'S MARINATED CARROTS 
5 c. carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 can tomato soup (plain, not cream)
1/2 c. corn oil
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard

Cook carrots until tender. Drain and cool. Combine all ingredients. Marinate at least 12 hours. Drain and serve.
