AVOCADO DRESSING 
3/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. celery salt
A few dashes of bottled hot sauce
1 lg. avocado

First peel, deseed, and mash the avocado. Stir in rest; mix well. If necessary, stir in additional milk to achieve desired serving consistency. Cover and refrigerate. Use within a few hours to prevent discoloration. Makes about 1 2/3 cup dressing.
