1 roll Jimmy Dean sausage
6 eggs
1 pkg. flour tortillas (I use HEB brand)

Brown sausage and drain. Add eggs and scramble together until cooked. Heat tortillas one at a time on a grill, until warm. Put a small amount of egg-sausage mixture on the center of the tortilla and roll it to make a taco.

Bacon, eggs, cooked hash brown potatoes, beans, cheese. Any combination can be used. Pace picante sauce also gives it good taste.
