BROCCOLI RIGATONI 
1 lb. rigatoni
1 bunch broccoli
4-5 clove garlic
1 stick butter
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper

Steam broccoli (just until it's bright green - don't cook until soft).

Boil rigatoni (al dente). Strain and put into bowl; add stick of butter (cut into pats so it melts easily). Add broccoli, finely chopped garlic and pepper. Mix well and serve with plenty of Parmesan cheese.

(If you prefer your garlic cooked, you can saute the garlic and butter in a pan first.)
