ORANGE SALAD 
60 Townhouse crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Mix sugar, butter, crackers together. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve 1/2 cup cracker mixture for garnish.

Blend together orange juice (thawed) and Eagle Brand milk. Stir in Cool Whip. Then fold in mandarin oranges (drained). Place the reserved 1/2 cracker mixture on top. Let set for two hours before serving.
