IRISH SKILLET BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 oz. melted butter
1 c. raisins
Caraway seeds (optional)

Mix dry ingredients first, then add remaining ingredients, being sure to add flour and raisins before adding batter. Turn into well greased 10 inch skillet (cast iron) and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
