SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 (#2 1/2 or No. 3) can chunk pineapple, drained
3 eggs
4 c. (6 slices) bread cubes
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream (I use milk)
1/2 c. butter, melted

Place bread in 2-quart casserole, add sugar and melted butter. Combine eggs and cream, add to bread. Add pineapple, mix lightly. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
