BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper, sauteed in butter until tender
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (20 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and stuffing. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese and top with stuffing. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
