PEPPERONI PIE 
1 c. sliced pepperoni
3/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of oregano

Mix all ingredients together well. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes in a well-greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
