ALMOND CRUST 
1 c. chopped slivered almonds
3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

In mixing bowl combine almonds, crumbs and confectioners' sugar. Drizzle with butter; combine well. Press mixture onto bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Refrigerate 2 hours.
