BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. finely chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. peanuts (unsalted dry roasted)
1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Mix all together, refrigerate overnight. Enjoy.
