ORANGE-WALNUT FUDGE
3 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. orange peel
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Line an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan with foil so it extends over edges of pan. Butter the foil; set pan aside. Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powder into a medium mixing bowl; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine butter, milk and orange peel. Cook over medium heat just until boiling, stirring constantly until butter is melted. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir into powdered sugar mixture. Add walnuts, stirring until well combined.

Spread fudge in prepared pan. While fudge is warm, score at 1-inch intervals. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or until firm. When firm, use foil to lift fudge out of pan; cut into pieces. Makes 30 pieces (1 1/2 pounds). Can freeze up to 1 month.
