FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 c. self rising flour
1 med. can fruit cocktail

Beat sugar and eggs together, add flour and fruit cocktail and juice. Pour in greased baking dish.

Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup coconut. Mix well. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. can Carnation milk

Boil for 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup pecans. Spread on top of cake while still hot. Yummie!!
