CAJUN CREAM CORN 
2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper & green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, diced fine
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Heat cooking vessel and vegetable oil. Combine all ingredients in order listed. Let cook on low heat for about 45 minutes. Pour into serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley. Yield 6 servings.
