BARBECUE FOR SANDWICHES 
2 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. chopped onions
2/3 c. quick oats
1 c. catsup
1 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar

Brown hamburger and onions. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. (May be frozen and reheated in microwave.) Serve on hamburger buns.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
