MOM'S "BARBECUE" 
2 lbs. ground beef
Salt & Pepper
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
Sandwich buns
1 c. water
1 bottle catsup
1 sm. pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Brown ground beef in skillet with water, salt and pepper. Drain off fat and return to skillet or saucepan with remaining ingredients (except sandwich buns). Simmer for one hour. Serve on sandwich buns.
