BARBECUED BEEF SANDWICHES 
3 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. barbecue sauce
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. salt

Brown meat in large skillet, drain. Add celery, onion and green pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add next 9 ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Serve on hamburger buns. Serves 20.
