BARBECUE SANDWICH MIX 
4 lb. beef roast, inexpensive cut
2 lg. onions, cut fine
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. catsup
1 c. meat stock
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 ribs celery, cut fine
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Boil beef roast until done. When cool, cut or tear in small pieces. Brown 2 onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Add remaining ingredients. Stir together, then add roast. Simmer 45 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns. Makes 16 servings.
