1 c. cornmeal, yellow or white
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. cream style corn
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. dairy sour cream

Stir together meal, baking powder, soda and salt. Add eggs and mix together. Stir in corn, oil and sour cream. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch cake pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until browned. Serve with butter.
