PEANUT BUTTER ROLL 
2 1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 c. hot water

Boil the above ingredients until it forms a hard ball or reaches hard ball mark on candy thermometer. Pour over 2 beaten egg whites that have been beaten until very stiff. (I use jumbo eggs).

Beat mixture until it begins to stand in peaks. Pour onto board that has been dusted with powdered sugar. Roll out and spread on peanut butter (creamy). Roll up and slice.
