BUTTER FLAKE ROLLS 
1 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast OR
2 tbsp. yeast
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
4 c. sifted flour

Put warm milk, sugar, butter, salt, yeast, eggs in large bowl and mix well. Then add your flour a little at a time. Let rise about an hour in warm place. Punch down and roll out and cut in strips about 1 inch wide. Stack on top of each other about four high and cut into 1 inch pieces. Let rise again in muffin pans. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
