BAKED TROUT 
3 lb. trout
1/8 tsp. thyme
Flour
2 tbsp. butter
3 slices bacon
3 onions
1/8 bottle catsup
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. ginger
Paprika
Salt & pepper

Salt trout for an hour. Rub in thyme; dust with flour and place in baking dish. Dot with butter over the top; add strips of bacon and sliced onions, catsup, 1 cup water and seasonings. Bake 25 minutes in a slow oven (325 degrees).
