BAKED TROUT WITH SOUR CREAM | |
Dressed Trout 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. chopped onion Salt & pepper Line a pan with aluminum foil. Salt and pepper trout. Mix ingredients to make sauce and fill fish. Pour remaining sauce over fish. Bake about 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Baste with sauce occasionally while fish bakes. Good for a large trout. |
